
The BBIC mission is to stimulate, assist, promote and encourage the development of innovative technology and knowledge based businesses in order to generate new employment opportunities and create economic growth.
In seeking to attract and support the growth of innovative technology/knowledge based businesses, BBIC recognises the barriers to start up and development faced by potential entrepreneurs and early stage businesses.
The BBIC incubation policy has been developed in response to their considerable
experience of dealing with small businesses of which 200 are or have been
tenants of BBIC. Their support to new and early stage business is a key
feature of the unique business environment at BBIC.
As BBIC clients are by their nature innovative, we recognise that each
business is unique and deserving of the sustained and customised support
which is made available.
For all tenants on site the BBIC provides a professional
and confidential business support service. This service is designed to
assist small to medium companies with any administrative support they
may need during the early development stage

The BBIC offers conference/seminar rooms for hire to both client companies
on site and to external businesses.
The BBIC’s modern purpose built suite of rooms
backed by professional staff, provides your business with the total flexibility
to organise meetings to your exact requirements whether it be for a one-to-one
meeting or a seminar for 50.
Rooms range in size and can be laid out to meet the specific client requirements.
